Donald "Skip" Martin, Jr

Skip Martin has been active in the commercial real estate domain for over 35 years, with an extensive background in representing national retailers. He began his career at CB-Richard Ellis (CBRE) in the retail leasing/tenant representation forum. He was a member of the CBRE Retail Advisory Board 1990-1992, 2000 and he was awarded the Largest Retailer Transaction Award nationwide in 1999. Martin was a finalist for the Chicago Retail Broker of the Year in 1996 and 1997.

Martin has had the privilege of developing and executing expansion strategies for retailers that include: Gap, Gap Kids, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta, Gap Outlet, Banana Republic Factory stores, William Sonoma, Pottery Barn, West Elm, Rejuvenation, Victoria Secrets, Bath & Body Works, Lane Bryant, Justice, American Eagle, American Eagle Outlets, Ashley Furniture Home Stores, ZZZ’s by Ashley, Galyans, Walgreens, Osco Drugs, Swoozies, Robbins Brothers Jewelers, Lens Crafters, Sunglass Hut and ATI Physical Therapy Clinics.

In addition to developing expansion strategies for national retailers, Martin has consulted for several suburban economic development committees regarding the recruitment and retention of retailers for their central business districts. Communities he has served include: Lake Forest IL, Lake Bluff IL, Highland Park IL, Barrington IL, Evanston IL, Winnetka IL, and Blue Island IL.

Martin earned a B.S. degree in Political Science (Pre-Law) from Illinois State University, Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. A licensed Real Estate Broker, he is also actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

David Metrick

David Metrick has extensive experience in servicing Fortune 200 companies including retail, office, healthcare, logistics and distribution at the global, national and regional levels. David specializes in high volume multi-market expansin and capital investments by aliging companies' business plans with real estate strategy in all disciplines of corporate real estate and investmentss. Among the clients he has developed and executed expansion strategies for include: Barnes & Noble, Ever Restaurant Group, SED Restaurant Group, Dave & Buster's, Evive Healthcare, Qdoba, Tilly's Inc., Tuscany Restaurants/ Stefani Group, Umami Restaurant Group, AMC Theaters, Brinker International, Coldwater Creek, JP Morgan Chase and others...

Also, David served as leader or on leadership boards, at different national retail platforms/divisions such as at CBRE, Staubach Retail Services ans Studley, inc. In addition, David has received Top Broker Awards for multiple years at both Staubach Retail Services and at CBRE.

In addition to real estate consulting and brokerage, David is active in many charitable communities.

Peter Rusnak

Mr. Rusnak has spent almost 30 years in commercial real estate and is a principal in Envision Realty Advisors Midwest a commercial real estate company that develops for its own account, consults for institutions and commercial developers as well as engaged in brokerage services. Mr. Rusnak hasconsulted for Starwood Capital, JP Morgan and Hines Global REIT among others. His current clients include: Hendricks Commercial Properties, ATI Physical Therapy, O’Neill, Regal Cinema and Sky Harbour Group which is developing aircraft hangars for private planes at airports around the country.

Prior to Envision, Mr. Rusnak was the Director of Real Estate at Crate and Barrel where he successfully opened new locations throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Rusnak is an active member of the ICSC and has participated in panels for ULI. He is also an advisory board member for AHC Metro Realty Funds a real estate private equity firm.

Mr. Rusnak received his B.A. degree from Georgetown University and is an Instrument Rated Private Pilot.
